The Manchester Foxes are recruiting experienced players, union/league crossovers, and high-level athletes for our competitive touch rugby squad. We train weekly at Hough End and compete across regional and national touch tournaments. **🤯What to expect:** -High-tempo structured drills: Ruck speed, subbing patterns, driving plays, and defensive policy. -Competitive game play: Fast-paced 6v6 scenarios and match simulation. -Pathway to competition: Squad selection for regional leagues and tournament circuits. **✨Who should attend?** Experienced touch rugby players. Rugby Union / Rugby League players looking for high-cardio skills maintenance. Athletes with strong ball-handling and fitness backgrounds (Netball, Basketball, Athletics). First session is FREE. Bring molded boots/cleats, water, and activewear. High work rate required! Field Size: 70m long x 50m wide (half a standard rugby pitch). Game Duration: Two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime. Scoring: 1 point per try. The ball must be grounded on or over the scoreline without being touched by a defender.
