Here at Manchester Warriors Korfball Club, we've been making korfball 'happen' since 2006.

Korfball is the world's only mixed-gender team sport and that's precisely what makes it so special: everyone is welcome and every player is important.

Although the UK's korf community is growing every year with clubs and leagues across the country (yay!), chances are you've probably never heard of korfball before.

Korfball originates from the Netherlands (korf means 'basket') and is a mash-up of basketball and netball.

It's an exciting, high-scoring and rewarding game to play on-court, whilst off-court there's a strong emphasis on community and friendship (did someone say socials?!).

Best of all? You don't need any previous experience to join up and start playing.

So whether you're thinking about joining your first sports club or you're looking for a new sport to try, we'd love to welcome you to our weekly club training session so you can see if it's the right fit for you.
