Dance your heart out and help heal the earth at this UK FUNGUS DAY x DROP DEAD GENEROUS celebration.

Mycelium Disco - Restore the land via the medium of dancing

Inspired by conversations with Melissa about the origins of music festivals and a Research and Development trip to Medimatic in Amsterdam... I present you with a mash up the substrate event. Get ready to pop on a headset and dance your heart out while doing some good! Mycelium Disco is all about restoring the land through the magic of movement, we take old growing blocks and mix them up with chip and coco and SMoosh that all into the soil so we got all the goodie goodness for growing more food next year.

In 2025 we grew and gave away 4000 meals to people that live on our estae and dont have acees to a food pantry.

Join us in person for a fun time where every step helps the Garden Grow.

Dont know any dance moves?.. Well, We gotta Rach for that, belly dancer extraordinairre is popping by to teach us a lil routine to do together so no one feels out of place.

Can't hold a beat?.. Pips got your back with her mega Purcussion jam

Still dont think youve got the confidence?.. We are bringing you a mini Stockport Scream Club to let that self conciousness go.

Then we will pop on our headsets , pick the music (curated by DJ Sandra D (https://www.sandrad.co.uk/)), shake off the stress, and give back to nature by turning our growing spaces into a dance floor.

A selection of drinks and fungal themed snacks included

Headet hire included

Workshops included
