**October In-Person Book Club - Awareness by Anthony de Mello** What if becoming more aware isn’t about fixing yourself, but about waking up to what is already happening within you? In *Awareness*, Anthony de Mello invites us to look at the beliefs, attachments, expectations and conditioning that can quietly shape the way we experience ourselves, other people and the world around us. For this month's in-person book club, we'll turn the book into Me-Search exploring our own awareness through conversation, reflection and shared perspectives. What are we seeing clearly? What might we have been doing automatically without even realising it? And what becomes possible when we begin to see ourselves, our reactions and our lives with greater awareness? As always, you don't need to agree with everything in the book. Bring your thoughts, your questions and your own perspective. That's where some of our best conversations happen. 📅 **Thursday 8th October 2026** ⏰ **10am** 📍 **Waterstones Manchester, Deansgate** Even if you haven't started or finished the book, you're still very welcome to join us. Come as you are, there may just be a little more Awareness when you leave. Please reserve your place via Private essage me, Meetup, Eventbrite, or the WhatsApp community **Please don't turn up without booking, as spaces are limited.** This is a free event; however, to attend all guests are required to purchase at least one drink and snack from the café in support of the venue hosting us. No outside food or drinks permitted. You do not need to finish the book or even read it fully to attend. The book is the theme; you are the main character. All books available at Waterstones. Hear My Voice Book Club has no affiliation with Waterstones and no profit is made from this event. **Important booking information** 📌 * **Spaces are limited to 20 people** * **You must RSVP in advance to attend** * Worksheets are created **only for those who have booked** * Please don’t turn up without booking,
