With this gig, we aim to destigmatise talking therapy and encourage people to seek help should they need it. It's so important we talk about our mental health so we can make it easier to support the loved ones around us. Accessing these types of services can change lives.

Beacon is a mental health service in Stockport which provides support to children, young people and adults in the area. This includes talking therapies, wellbeing workshops, in-school support and more.

The Stockport Connect Hub is a support service for people aged 18 and above who are accessing or have accessed secondary mental health services ( which generally need a referral from your GP).

You can buy tickets and keep up-to-date with news about the gig on Instagram and TikTok:

@rap.for.a.reason - TikTok

Services like Beacon and the Stockport Connect Hub are invaluable to so many. Donating or buying a couple of tickets to this upcoming show, will help them continue to deliver necessary support to the people of Stockport!
