The perfect way to start your Saturday morning.

Join us at Layla's cafe for a relaxed and uplifting morning designed to leave you feeling energised, refreshed and ready for the weekend.

We'll begin with coffee and conversations as you settle in, followed by a 50-minute Pilates & Barre class suitable for all abilities.

Afterwards, enjoy a delicious pot of homemade overnight oats while catching up with friends or meeting new faces. If you'd like to stay a little longer, you'll also receive 10% off brunch after the event.

Whether you're completely new to Pilates/Barre or attend classes regularly, this morning is all about moving your body and starting your weekend well.

8:30am – Arrival, coffee & chats

9:00am – 9:50am – Pilates & Barre class

9:50am – 11:00am – Overnight oats, socialising & optional brunch afterwards

The Class

Our Pilates & Barre class combines strength, mobility and low-impact movement to leave you feeling stronger, more energised and refreshed.

The class is open to all levels, from complete beginners to regular attendees. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout, so everyone can move at their own pace.

Please bring your own exercise mat.

Outdoor Class (Weather Permitting)

If the weather is kind, we'll take the class outside by the canal for a beautiful outdoor workout.

If conditions aren't suitable, we'll simply move upstairs indoors, so the event will go ahead whatever the weather.

Capacity

Spaces are limited to 30 guests, so early booking is recommended.
