Manchester's music scene is set to welcome SOYUZ, a dynamic creative collective, to The Deaf Institute on Monday, 12 October. Formed by the visionary duo Alex Chumak and Mikita Arlou, the group brings a distinctive sound shaped by their Belarusian roots, having originally hailed from Minsk. Following their relocation to Warsaw in 2022, SOYUZ has expanded its artistic force, now featuring the powerful drumming of Albert Karch and the intricate guitar work of Igor Wiśniewski. The very essence of their name, translating from Russian as union, perfectly encapsulates their deeply collaborative and synergistic approach to crafting music.
