Join us as we bring together professionals from across the city for the return of our Wellbeing Socials with RYDE, designed to help you meet new people, try something different and make more of your evenings after work. Whether you’re a RYDE regular, completely new to spin or simply looking to meet other like-minded professionals, everyone is welcome.

We’re excited to be relaunching our partnership with RYDE, with regular Wellbeing Socials planned as we head into 2027. And for our first one back, we’re teaming up with Pho, who’ll be providing tasty Vietnamese nibbles after the class. Expect a high-energy session on the bikes followed by time to refuel, chat and get to know everyone off the bikes.

What to Expect:

🚴 A RYDE Spin Class – Get moving with an energising instructor-led RYDE session alongside The After Work Club community. Whether it’s your first spin class or you’re a regular on the bike, everyone is welcome.

🥢 Vietnamese Nibbles from Pho – Once the session is finished, stick around and refuel with some tasty Vietnamese nibbles courtesy of Pho.

👋 Meet Other Professionals – Connect with friendly, ambitious professionals from across the city in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

✨ Something Different After Work – Swap the usual after-work routine for a social built around movement, good food, good energy and meeting great people.

Whether you come on your own or with friends, you’ll be made to feel right at home. In fact, plenty of people attend our events solo, so you’ll be in great company. Our team will be there to welcome everyone, make introductions and help you feel part of the community.
