Benidorm Palace - September 2026

The UK's leading Northern Soul band for the last thirteen years, THE NORTHERN SOULTRAIN arrive into Swinton for what promises to be yet another big soul party courtesy of Lancashire's very own premier soul band!

This nine piece freight train of a band had already been filling dance halls and dance floors with their powerful live shows, when in 2013 they decided to focus almost exclusively on Northern Soul. Since then the band have gone from strength to strength gaining high praise from venues, festivals, promoters and audiences all over the UK and beyond.

For this event the band will be fronted by the excellent, charismatic vocalist Tom Barber-Redmore. The group also present the sounds of the 'Union Pacific Horns' as well as one of the tightest and driving rhythms sections currently on the soul scene!

Great songs by Dobie Gray, Frank Wilson, Al Wilson, Julien Covay, Billy Butler and many more. Throw in just a pinch Motown and we have the new look Northern Soul stew served up by Lancashire's very own 'THE NORTHERN SOULTRAIN!' A cabaret show this is not, this is an authentic soul party!

Support comes from Soul DJ Ed Lawford (Empire Warrington), bringing you the finest Northern Soul, Motown, R&B, 60's British Brat, Mod, and timeless 70s Soul classics!
