Formed initially as a three-piece in Lincoln before establishing themselves in Manchester, The Speed Of Honey And Her Oscillations are a fast-rising, six-piece experimental psych-rock outfit. Describing themselves as the "benefactors of the polka dot overground," their live shows operate somewhere between performance art and a sonic revolution. The band crafts a towering wall of sound built on stratified repetition, cherry-red Rickenbackers, and six-string bass, regularly pushing their amps to deafening decibels.

Drawing heavily on late twentieth-century drone and neo-psychedelia, they wear influences like Spacemen 3, The Jesus and Mary Chain, and The Brian Jonestown Massacre proudly on their sleeves.Vocalist Adam Stewart floats abstract lyricism and a distinct northern nasality over the fuzz, providing flourishes of the classic Madchester scene, while drummer Ben Curtis anchors the chaos with dance-infused rock percussion.Though steeped in retro noise-pop aesthetics, their unique, immersive artistic vision makes them one of Manchester's most exciting and freshest underground live acts
