A festive afternoon of music from our dementia choirs and special guests, raising money for dementia support in Manchester.

Join us for a joyful afternoon of Christmas music at Together Dementia Support's Christmas Concert! 🎄

Our wonderful dementia choirs will be performing alongside special guest performers.

It's a chance to get into the festive spirit, enjoy some fantastic music, and celebrate the people living with dementia and their carers who make our community so special.

On the day

Mince pies and mulled wine (available to buy)

Christmas raffle with some brilliant prizes (raffle tickets available on the day and online)

Stalls selling homemade jams, chutneys, biscuits and festive gifts

Please note, Eventbrite charges a booking fee that Together Dementia Support do not receive.

Every ticket helps us support people living with dementia and their carers across Manchester, through our Friendship & Activity Groups, carer support and more.

Christmas Raffle

Our Christmas raffle is back, with some fantastic prizes generously donated by local businesses and supporters. Prizes to be announced soon!

You can buy raffle tickets here on Eventbrite or on the day. You don't need to come to the concert to enter, so it's a lovely way to support us even if you can't make it.

£1 per ticket or £5 per strip of 5

The draw takes place on Monday 14 December 2026

We'll contact winners by email or phone to arrange collection or delivery of their prize.

All money raised goes towards supporting people living with dementia and their carers across Manchester.

Raffle tickets are for over-16s only. Together Dementia Support, Kath Locke Centre, Moss Lane East, Manchester M15 5DD. Registered with Manchester City Council as a small society lottery. Registered charity no. 1180628.
