Freshers is VERY busy meaning people without an Official Wristband have to queue for a long time and are unable to get into many events due to capacity reasons.  Q: 🤔 THERE ARE SO MANY FRESHERS TICKETS CLAIMING TO BE 'OFFICIAL'... As such you can be assured that all events will be operated to the highest level across the City's leading clubs and venues.  Q: 🤔 IS MY WRISTBAND REFUNDABLE IF I DON'T GET INTO UNIVERSITY? A: Of course! You must request your refund before Monday 17th August by emailing charlie@coolitevents.com / adam@coolitevents.com . All wristbands after this date are non refundable. Simply show your proof of change of University or of no longer attending altogether. Q: 🤔 SOMEONE ELSE HAS PURCHASED MY WRISTBAND FOR ME - DOES THIS MATTER? A: No it does not - we know that friends/ parents may have purchased your wristband! Just bring your ticket bar code along when you come to collect. Q: 🤔 WHERE DO I COLLECT MY OFFICIAL WRISTBAND?
