About This Event

USE YOUR WORDS: VIGNETTES OF DIALOGUE will take place on 6 November 2026 at Gorse Hill Studios in Stretford, Manchester. The event will explore themes of language and identity, with tickets available on a donation basis, starting at £3.00.

"If you are something, but you have no way to say it, are you really anything at all?"

Sometimes words just aren’t enough, but often words are all we know.

So where does that leave us?

How do we bridge the gaps? What are the ways that language shapes identity, belonging, exclusion?

How do we learn to listen to each other? How do we use our words?

Please note there will be some level of audience interaction.

Doors open at 18:30

Tickets are on a donation basis, proceeds will go towards covering venue and rehearsal costs and supporting Gorse Hill Studios, a charity centered on giving young people access to creative opportunities.
