Seen & Supported | ADHD & AuDHD Community Meetup
Join us in person for a relaxed meetup where you’re truly Seen & Supported. This meetup is all about connecting with others who share your ADHD & AuDHD experiences. Come share stories, swap tips, or just find people who get it. No pressure, just good vibes and genuine connection. Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, exploring, or supporting a family member - you are welcome here. Can’t wait to meet you!
Is this space right for you?
You belong here if you want to:
Connect with other ADHD & AuDHD adults in a calm, intentional setting.
Share real-life experiences without having to explain or justify how your brain works.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR TICKET - Enjoy a nice hot drink and a yummy tray bake in a venue where fidgeting, low eye contact, and stepping out for air are completely normalised.
What you won't find here:
No icebreaker games or forced introductions.
No pressure to talk if you prefer to just sit and observe / do a puzzle.
No judgment on diagnosis status - self-identified and exploring are 100% welcome (and totally valid!)
What to Expect
We know that stepping into a new space can feel overwhelming, so we’ve kept this event softly structured to help you settle in at your own pace:
Social Space: A space for open conversation, sharing lived experiences, making new friends, and chatting about neurodivergent life.
Quiet Corner: A calm zone with puzzles, books and colouring if you prefer to regulate, keep your hands busy, or connect without the pressure of constant eye contact.
Come As You Are: Camera-ready or cosy, conversational or quiet, fidgeting, pacing, or relaxing - whatever you need so you can just be you!
To keep the atmosphere peaceful and manageable for everyone, capacity is capped at 15 attendees so it never feels too much.
Friendly Faces in the Room
Both Stella (from Seen & Supported) and India (from Portland Assessments) will be hanging out in the room with a brew.
Whether you’re curious about how ADHD and Autism assessments work, exploring what support could look like, or just want to chat with people who understand neurodivergent life, feel free to pull up a chair for a relaxed chat.
No agenda, no expectations, just a selection of drinks, yummy cakes and bakes and people who get it - and get you!
Food & Drink
We’re really grateful to have private use of Morton’s Farm Tea Rooms for the morning.
Your £5 booking includes a drink and a slice of cake on the day — a little something to look forward to for making it through the door!
If you fancy anything else, you’re very welcome to order from the menu. There are also options available for a range of dietary requirements.
