Due to the success of our Room Coordinator Networks, and in response to valuable sector feedback, we are delighted to launch our new Leadership Network for the Early Years sector.

This supportive and forward-thinking network will focus on the most current challenges facing Early Years leaders, offering practical, realistic and evidence-informed approaches to help managers navigate today’s ever-changing landscape with confidence.

Alongside discussion and problem-solving, there will be opportunities to develop and strengthen pedagogical thinking through inspiring workshop-style CPD sessions, designed to enhance practice, leadership and outcomes for children and teams.

Facilitated by experienced PVI leaders, this network is ideal for current managers, new and aspiring leaders, or those looking to succession plan and grow future leadership capacity within their setting.
