About This Event

A Nightmare Before Christmas with The Carnival of Souls is a Christmas cabaret at Tom Thumb Theatre in Margate on 17 December 2026. The event features a twisted festive theme and starts at 19:30. Tickets begin at £12.50.

The Silent Companions invite you into the eerie glow of The Carnival of Souls — a twisted Christmas cabaret where festive cheer collides with the wonderfully macabre. Expect a night of dark delights, otherworldly performances, and curious characters who thrive in the shadows of a dark and brooding cabaret venue. With the surreal charm of a travelling sideshow, there will be music, dance, magic and comedy for this one-night-only spectacle. The Carnival of Souls offers an alternative dark non-Christmas treat for those who like something a little different.
