HARTLEPOOL HALF MARATHON – 2027

We are delighted to announce the return of Hartlepool Road Half Marathon!

This is a fantastic addition North-East running calendar with a flat and fast 13.1 mile course, perfect for chasing a PB, with a new and improved course coming for 2027!

Event Distance

Half Marathon – 13.1 miles

We are preparing a new route for 2027 which will be announced soon!

Expect a flat (200ft) and scenic coastal course ideal for all abilities.

Cut Off

There will be a strict 3 hour cut off due to the extensive road closures in place. (13 minute miles)

Cani-cross

Please note that this event is NOT canicross friendly.

Start Time

Half Marathon – 9am

There will be Live Chip-Timing provided by Timing Up North.

The Finish

All finishers will receive:

A Metal Medal

Wild Deer Merchandise

Snacks & a drink

Parking

Free parking will be available for participants at Hartlepool Marina/Royal Navy Museum but we recommend using public transport or walking where possible.
