This will be a perfect opportunity to nourish and sorften into the mellowing season. You will be taken on a sonic journey by a crafted immersive soundscape centred around vocals , strings , bowls and large gongs .
Please bring a mat/s cushions , blankets and anything else to help make you feel comfortable and warm . The bodies temperature drops in relaxation .
