Join our festive Power of Women Powwow for networking, present wrapping, mince pies & coffee at Gisborough Hall, sponsored by Cygnet Law.

Join us for our festive Power of Women Christmas Powwow at Gisborough Hall kindly sponsored by Cygnet Law.

We’re delighted to welcome Aoife Forbes, an Irish entrepreneur based in Whitley Bay and founder of Forbes Finishings. (https://www.forbesfinishings.com/services)

After more than 20 years working in PR, Aoife decided to start again, turning her passion for paper and working with her hands into her own gift-wrapping business. At our Powwow, she’ll share her story of reinvention, taking a leap and building a new enterprise from a passion.

Then it’s time to get hands-on!

Aoife will demonstrate how to beautifully wrap a range of different shapes, sharing tips and tricks you can take away and use at home.

And we want you to get involved, bring along an awkward or unusual gift you’d like to learn how to wrap and Aoife will have a go at transforming it.

After all, she successfully wrapped a Range Rover last year, so we’re hoping your Christmas presents will provide less of a challenge!

There’ll be plenty of opportunity to network, make new connections and catch up with familiar faces, with a mince pie and coffee to keep the festive spirit flowing.

Come along for a morning of inspiration, conversation and creativity as we wrap, connect and celebrate the Christmas season together.
