Swap the pub for peace! Join Sober Sound for a soul-soothing Friday evening of healing sounds, relaxation and connection.

🌿 Sober Sound Series | Friday Evenings 🎶

Sober Sound is something very close to my heart because it has grown from my own recovery journey.

I know how difficult it can be to find your feet again, rebuild your life and discover who you are without the things you once relied on. I also know how much I would have loved having somewhere to go on a Friday evening that wasn’t the pub — somewhere I could feel connected, calm and part of something, without alcohol or substances being involved.

That’s why I created Sober Sound. 💚

I wanted to create the kind of space I once needed myself. A place where we can come together, let go of the stresses of the week, experience the beautiful power of sound and remind ourselves that we can find joy, peace and connection naturally.

Although it comes from my own recovery journey, Sober Sound is for everyone — whether you’re in recovery, sober curious, on a personal healing journey or simply looking for a different way to spend your Friday evening.

No labels, no pressure, no judgement. Just sound, connection and community.

Because recovery isn’t just about what we leave behind; it’s about discovering everything beautiful that life still has to offer. ✨

I’d love for you to join me. 💚🌿
