Join Us for a Relaxing Soundbath Experience!

Looking to unwind and recharge? Our Soundbath session is the perfect way to rest after a busy week. 50 minutes of listening, relaxing and meditating for your wellbeing. No experience necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and optional eye mask for comfort. The venue will have chairs if you prefer to sit. Limited yoga mats and blankets available to loan (3), so please contact us in advance to book these separately at no extra cost.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete a health questionaire. If you have any mental or physical health issues please contact me prior to booking to check suitability.

Soundbath will start promptly at 10.35 and there are no late entries as Jess will have begun playing and doors are secured to ensure privacy of participants during the session. Thank you for understanding.
