Nakoa Health, in collaboration with Riskgo, presents Sweat, Social & Party, a new fitness and music experience landing in Milton Keynes on Saturday 7 November.

This is not your usual fitness class.

From 1pm to 5pm, take on three premium 45-minute sessions designed to move you through three completely different energies:

SWEAT: HIIT

High intensity, full-body training to start the day strong.

MOVE: Dance

Turn the music up and let loose with an energetic dance fitness session.

RESET: Yoga

Slow it down, stretch and reset before the evening begins.

Expect serious energy, live music, professional photography, a Nakoa goodie bag and an atmosphere that feels much more like an event than a workout.

Then reset for the night...

Head home, refresh, change and come back ready for VIBEMAKER.

From 11pm, your favourite DJs take over Rumble Rooms, spinning through until 4am and taking the energy from fitness floor to dancefloor.
