Unity Place in Milton Keynes is set to host an insightful event on Friday 4 December 2026, delving into the progress and future of coordinated household support. The talk, aptly titled One Call, That's All: Two Years On, will commence at 9am. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the valuable lessons gleaned from the initial One Call That's All pilot programme. This forward-thinking discussion will not only reflect on the experiences of the past two years but also critically examine the ongoing evolution and potential future pathways for integrated support services aimed at households. The event promises a comprehensive overview of how a single point of contact can streamline assistance and enhance the effectiveness of support systems. Entry to this informative session is complimentary.
Exploring the learning from the One Call, That’s All pilot and the future of coordinated household support.
What if no one experiencing financial hardship had to navigate support alone?
Building the Future of Customer Financial Stability
For too long, people experiencing fuel and food poverty have been expected to navigate fragmented services, repeat their story to multiple organisations, and coordinate their own journey through crisis.
What if there was a better way?
Over the past two years, Utilita Giving has designed, funded and tested One Call, That's All (OCTA) – a coordinated support system that brings organisations together around one referral, one trusted relationship and one coordinated pathway to support.
Now, we're sharing what we've learned.
Join senior leaders from across the energy sector, government, local authorities, charities and community organisations as we unveil the findings from Britain’s most ambitious coordinated customer support pilot and explore what comes next.
Discover how OCTA has:
Identified more than £2.3 million in additional household income.
Reduced reported high household stress from 56% to 12%.
Improved financial confidence, reduced food insecurity and increased hope for the future.
Demonstrated the value of coordinated, relationship-based support built around the customer rather than organisational boundaries.
This is more than a conference.
It is an opportunity to explore what the future of customer financial stability could look like and how organisations across Britain can work together to build more joined-up, effective and dignified support for people experiencing financial hardship.Whether you are shaping customer strategy, delivering frontline services, influencing policy or investing in social impact, this event offers a unique opportunity to hear the evidence, share learning and help shape the next chapter of coordinated customer support.
Included: Keynote speakers, pilot findings, independent insight, panel discussions, networking and lunch.
Places are limited and early booking is recommended. Reserve your place today.
