Join us for a free creative workshop making pond wildlife in clay for a display at the pond on Shenley Rd and Burchard Crescent.

Join us for an afternoon of making clay pond wildlife sculptures!

We will cast what you make in bronze and display it as part of a new artwork for the pond at the corner of Shenley Road and Burchard Crescent.

The workshop is family friendly and open to all. It will take place at Shenley Church End Parish Council,

The workshop is free and all materials will be provided. The clay can be a little messy so we recommend bringing an old shirt or apron.

We would like to keep the sculptures you make in order to cast them, but you may be able to make another clay piece to take home if time allows. We will be using air-drying clay, so they will dry at home and can be painted.

Due to the nature of working with the clay we would suggest that the workshop is suitable for adults and children aged 8+. We are happy to accommodate younger children but recommend they work with a parent or guardian.

Please arrive at Shenley Church End Parish Council for a 2pm start. We will finish by 4pm.
