Anyone else feeling like the summer holidays have spat them out the other side slightly frazzled?

After weeks of juggling work, holidays, disrupted routines, late nights, early mornings and generally trying to keep all the plates spinning, September can feel like a bit of a shock to the system.

So, before we launch headfirst into the madness of the autumn, we’re taking a little time to pause, breathe, regroup and reset.

We’re delighted to be joined by the wonderful Clare Deacon, who will guide us through some simple and practical ways to help regulate our nervous systems, settle the post-summer chaos and reset for the months ahead.

There’ll also be a gentle mini goal-setting exercise, giving us a chance to think about what we’d like the final quarter of 2026 to look and feel like ... without the pressure of a big, ambitious life overhaul!

This is about creating a bit of space to step out of the usual busyness, reconnect with ourselves and each other, and gently breeze our way into the last quarter of the year feeling a little more grounded, focused and ready for what’s next.

No pressure. No perfect plans. Just a chance to pause, reset and get ourselves back on track. 💛
