Get ready for a night of R&B music featuring talented singers from Milton Keynes accompanied by our SLQY band live at Midsummer Tap!

🎶🔥 SLQY Presents: SLQY SESSIONS - Y2K vs NEW WAVE 🔥🎶

For one night only, we're settling the debate: which era gave us the greatest R&B anthems? Join us for SLQY SESSIONS: Y2K vs NEW WAVE, a live R&B showdown celebrating the biggest hits of the 2000s and 2010s. We've taken inspiration from the classic Verzuz format and reimagined it as an era-versus-era battle, performed live by some of Milton Keynes' finest talent alongside the full SLQY Band.

🎤 Featuring: Aaron John, Tiffany Bisa, Tanya Travers, Jobe & The SLQY Band

🏆 3 Rounds. 2 Eras. 1 Winner.

Across three rounds, the biggest Y2K (2000s) R&B songs will go head-to-head against New Wave (2010s) classics. From emotional slow jams to club anthems, every song has one mission: win the crowd.

🗳️ You Decide the Winner

After each head-to-head matchup, the audience will vote for the song that deserves to advance. Will the timeless hits of the 2000s reign supreme, or will the 2010s prove they changed the game forever?

🎶 A Fully Live Experience

Every song will be reimagined and performed live with the SLQY Band, bringing fresh energy, powerful vocals and unforgettable moments to some of the most iconic songs in modern R&B history.
