A free 90-minute workshop for women will take place on 18 August 2026. The session is located at Blenheim Avenue in Stony Stratford, near Milton Keynes. It is designed for women seeking to rediscover themselves.
A free live experience to reconnect with who you are now and explore what becomes possible.
90 minutes · Free · Stony Stratford, MK11
Life changes us.
Sometimes gradually, as we adapt to the needs of everyone and everything around us, quietly setting aside parts of ourselves along the way.
Sometimes through one significant event, such as redundancy, retirement, becoming a carer, illness, divorce, children leaving home or another life transition.
However it happens, there can come a moment when something no longer feels quite the same.
If you've been wondering:
Who am I now?
What's important to me?
What do I want from this next phase of my life?
…this live experience is for you.
Together we'll create space to pause, notice what's happening for you beneath the surface, reconnect with who you are now, and explore what becomes possible from here through reflection and practices you can continue after the session ends.
You'll leave with a greater understanding of yourself, practical ways to support yourself in everyday life, and a clearer sense of what feels important for you from here.
Come exactly as you are.
What to expect
The 90 minutes is yours. There's nothing to prepare and nothing you'll be asked to share unless you choose to. Everything you write stays on your page. We'll work through a gentle sequence together — settling in, exploring what has shifted for you, and leaving with one real thing that belongs only to you.
Confidentiality runs through everything. What's shared in the room stays in the room.
