The Milton Keynes Film Jam is a collaborative weekend filmmaking event for adults aged 16+ where actors, writers, directors, filmmakers, producers, editors, DOPs, sound crew, and creatives come together to create one short film (under 15 minutes). Starting with a theme or prompt, participants work together to develop an idea, plan the production, and complete the film within the event timeframe.
The main shoot takes place between 1 AUG - 1 OCT 2026, with development, production, and post-production all happening as part of the same fast-paced, collaborative creative process. Everyone contributes their skills, with the focus on creativity, teamwork, and enjoying the filmmaking experience together.
