Kick off the weekend with a relaxed 5K shakeout alongside Runna! Whether you're gearing up for the AJ Bell Great North Run or just looking to soak up the atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity to shake off those pre-race nerves and connect with the running community.

What’s Happening:

Meet us at Sunday Coffee & Kitchen, 49 Pudding Chare, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1UE at 9:15am, before we head off on an easy-going 5K run around Leazes Park.

Finish back where we started and refuel with some delicious treats – on us.

Stick around after the run to connect with the Runna team, meet fellow runners and share race-day tips.

Everyone is welcomed. This run is perfect for runners of all levels.

What to Expect:

9:15am – Check in

9:30am – Welcome and warm-up

9:40am – 5K Run kicks off

10:10am – 11:00am – Food, drinks, and mingling at Sunday Coffee & Kitchen with the Runna Team and fellow runners
