Join us in the backroom at Ernest for an evening of wine tasting led by Eve Kossman.

With over fifteen years of hospitality experience Eve currently works as a freelance sommelier around the North East. Starting her career in kitchens, Eve has transferred her passion for the culinary arts into the world of wine.

With an extensive career in fine dining, her work aims to showcase the art of wine pairing through storytelling. Highlighting hand selected wines from around the globe she delves into the sociology, viticulture and flavour profiles of each wine. Guiding you through a personalised experience for each wine & how it came to be. There will be paired nibbles from the Ernest kitchen throughout the event.

Eve believes that wine is not only about great taste but about the stories, people, and moments which inspire each bottle.

Your ticket price includes all wines, welcome drink & nibbles throughout the event.
