TAPinto® Final Fridays is our, in-person relationship-building forum for senior people across business and the public/third sector to meet consistently, get to know each other properly, and surface collaboration opportunities over time — without the usual “room full of pitches” energy.

What TAPinto® Final Fridays is-

A monthly, curated networking event designed to build long-term professional relationships.

Relaxed, structured, and community-led: you’ll get meaningful conversation time and a clear agenda.

Not a sales pitching event: presentations are for insight, updates, learning, and visibility — not hard selling.

When: 2pm–4pm- Friday 30th October 2026

Where: Flight Club - Newcastle

Duration: 2 hours total (2pm–4pm)

What the format is

1. Registration- Arrive, sign in, quick orientation.

2. General networking- Initial mingling and introductions; warm, low-pressure.

3. Welcome and update by TAPinto®/Partner host- Short scene-setting: what’s happening in the community, key updates, upcoming opportunities.

4. Charity presentation (15–20 mins) - A featured charity shares their mission, current priorities, and how others can support The Sunshine Fund.

5. Host venue presentation (15–20 mins) - Venue highlights what they offer and why they’re hosting; helps attendees understand the space and potential partnership angles.

6. User presentation (15–20 mins) - TBC

8. General networking- Return to conversation with fresh context from the talks; this is where collaborations tend to form.

What to expect as an attendee-

By registering for, attending, speaking at, exhibiting at, or otherwise participating in a TAPinto® Final Fridays event (the ‘Event’), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and account requirement

The Event is open to individuals aged 18+.

All attendees and presenters must have a FREE TAPinto® account and a published ME Profile before entry and/or participation.
