🎟 Refund Policy 🎟

All tickets purchased before Thursday the 13th August are fully refundable or transferable to another city. To receive your refund you must submit a refund request before the 17th August.

All refund or city swap requests must be sent to: 📧 info@ultimate-freshers.com If you request a refund this can take up to 14 days before being issued and may come back saying Refund Request cancelled if this happens please contact us directly, this does not mean your Re-Fund is cancelled.
