Groove with Melanie X Sarah's Star What to Expect

Sarah’s Star a charity built on the belief that even through life’s toughest moments, we can still find light, joy, and connection. Sarah’s Star supports people affected by incurable illness, grief, and loss.

Get ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing. Groove with Melanie is a fun, follow along dance fitness experience inspired by the Groove method a simple, inclusive style of movement where everyone dances together, but in their own unique way.

Think: silent disco meets group fitness. You’ll move to great music through wireless headphones, so you can fully immerse yourself in the vibe without distractions.

No dance experience? Perfect.

There are no wrong moves here just simple rhythms, easy-to-follow cues, and total freedom to express yourself.

What happens in a class:

You’ll be guided through different songs and movement styles

Each track has a simple focus (like a step, groove, or rhythm)

You add your own style—go big, go chill, whatever feels right

Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and feel-good flow

The vibe:

Welcoming, supportive, and zero judgment

Energising but also grounding

More about feeling good than getting it “right”

What to bring:

Comfortable clothes you can move in

Trainers

Water

An open mind

Come along, let go, and groove your heart out
