Fun night of dancing to Blues and other tunes. Beginner friendly dance class, live band, then dancing till midnight.

Hoodoo Blues Winter Party 🎄

A band, dancing, mince pies, and an excuse to dress up – what more could you want?

Join the Hoodoo Blues Band for a night of blues and festive cheer. Expect a welcoming crowd, and plenty of chances to dance (or just sit back and enjoy the music!).

Whether you’re completely new to blues dancing or have been dancing for years, this is the perfect way to enjoy live music, dance, and community. Everyone’s welcome – no partner or experience needed.

Music from The Front Porch Band - join the boys on the front porch for a laid-back, rootsy, acoustic take on classic blues, jazz, country and soul. As dancer themselves, they know how to fill the dance floor.

Dance class: 7:30–8:30 PM (all levels, beginner-friendly)

Social dancing: 8:30 PM – midnight

About Blues Dancing: Blues dancing developed alongside blues music in African-American communities. It’s a relaxed, improvised partner dance all about connection, creativity, and the joy of movement. 👉Watch an example here (http://youtu.be/xYtf5Tfdi_w)
