During this structured CPD session, Kenny and Steve take a deep dive into the new IHT regime and will cover off the long-term residence and IHT implications, trust planning and residency rules and how trusts can help to mitigate IHT liabilities.
This session will help you to be able to discuss and explain the above with a client in a clear and concise way with confidence and be able to apply this knowledge to appropriate individual client scenarios.
