This memorial service will provide an opportunity for us to come together and remember colleagues who have died.

This service is a chance to reflect not only on the dedication and care they brought to the trust, but on who they were as friends, colleagues and mentors, and the difference they made to our lives.

The service will include readings, music and moments for quiet reflection. Although it will take place in a Christian church, it is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to people of all faiths and none, allowing everyone to remember colleagues in their own personal way.

Tickets are not required; however, we kindly ask that you register your interest to help us understand how many people may be attending.

The names of colleagues being remembered will be read aloud during the service.

If you would like to put forward the name of a colleague to be included in the service or would like to be a part of the service, please contact the chaplaincy team at nuth.chaplaincy@nhs.net.

We recognise that this may be a sensitive and emotional time for many. Support is available through our staff support and wellbeing services.
