About This Event

The Choral Evensong with The Fitzsimons Choir will take place on August 29, 2026, at 15:00, at Newcastle Cathedral in Newcastle. The event is free to attend and will be led by The Fitzsimons Choir.

While our Cathedral Choirs enjoy a well-earned summer break, we are delighted to welcome visiting choirs to lead our worship. We are pleased to welcome back The Fitzsimons Choir, who will sing at Choral Evensong on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August. You are warmly welcome to join us for these services. We also welcome enquiries from choirs interested in singing at Newcastle Cathedral during choir holiday periods. If your ensemble is of a high musical standard and has experience of the Church of England liturgy, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact us at music@newcastlecathedral.org.uk.
