As a seasoned Gong and Reiki Master, Michael provides a potent triune of high vibrational energies: Crystal, Reiki, and Sound, fused with the grounding resonance of Om chanting and the primal power of Shamanic drumming. Preparation for the Ascent

Leave behind the clamor of the day and prepare your inner temple. While the term 'bath' refers to being bathed in sound waves, not water, this unique experience shifts your inner landscape profoundly.

Mind & Body: For optimum comfort, wear warm, loose-fitting clothes, and try to avoid large meals or alcohol prior to arrival.

The Cocoon: To fully embrace the deep relaxation, bring a yoga mat or sleeping bag, a cushion, blanket, and eye mask. Positioning your head toward the Gong is the ideal way to receive the sound. (Michael has some available on a first-come basis; request them in advance by email.)

The Descent into Alpha

The journey begins with Michael setting a sacred intention. You will be guided into specific, rhythmic deep breathing, a by stimulating the Vagus nerve and calming your nervous system.

Holding your eyes closed, your brainwaves begin to slow (shifting from Beta to Alpha). You will receive Reiki-charged crystals for continuous energy healing and vibration elevation, followed by a short Qigong Inner Smile meditation to direct healing energy to your chakras.

The Gong is one of the world's oldest and most powerful therapeutic instruments. As the Gong is played, the metal becomes "excited"—a phenomenon discovered by physicist David Bohm—where electrons are highly charged, creating a huge plasma field around all participants.

You and the space around you become electromagnetically charged in a benevolent and holistic fashion, restoring balance and harmony to your physical and energetic bodies.
