Nordic walking is a great way to build fitness and meet new people.
Join a friendly, welcoming Nordic Walking group led by Nordic Walking UK trained Walk Wheel Cycle Trust Volunteers.
The free sessions are suitable for all abilities and beginners are very welcome.
Beginners will be shown the techniques involved before joining the main group.
Nordic walking poles are available to borrow.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Please wear sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather. You may wish to bring along a snack and a drink for yourself.
