About This Event

Cobalt Studios hosts an open house play featuring collectively improvised music on 29 September 2026. This one-off session takes place on the top floor of the building in Newcastle. The admission price is £5.88.

Pop in for a one-off session of collectively improvised music.

Please note, this session will now take place on the top floor of our building in the Coworking Space!

An open invitation to all to join in the creation of spontaneous sound in a spirit of community, curiosity, and play.

Come regularly or pop in for a one-off session of improvised music, rhythm and voice. If you have an instrument, or anything you'd like to make a noise with, bring it – if not, then just bring yourself,

Let's play and make some noise!

The suggested price for this session is £5, if you can please support Cobalt and buy a ticket. We want to be genuinely affordable and accessible to all, however Cobalt is currently unfunded and we really do need donations to keep these sessions viable. No one will be turned away from this session for lack of funds.
