Whether you're a music lover, a yoga enthusiast, or simply want meaningful connecting time with your kids, this is the perfect family afternoon!

Enjoy a Parent yoga flow facilitated by Aurore Akinyi (Chatvasana Yoga), an experienced practitioner completing her teacher training at the Northern Yoga Academy.

Kids will dive into an energetic and fun East African music workshop with Rapasa Nyatrapasa Otieno an expert in East African Music and Culture who has a wealth of experience in working with children.

Parents and children will join together for some fun family music time.

Relax and unwind with a unique meditation and breath session combining East African sounds, led by Rapasa Nyatrapasa Otieno and Aurore Akinyi.

No experience needed—just bring your good energy and open mind!

The venue is accessible from Hoylake Avenue (Benton) turning into Manor Walk, with free parking available.
