Rest in Resonance: Monthly Group Sound Bath will occur at Emmaville Hall in Crawcrook on 29 November 2026. This event offers a gentle evening ritual focused on rest, regulation, and reconnection through sound.
Join us on the last Sunday of every month for our rejuvenating soundbath, a gentle evening ritual of rest, regulation and reconnection.
Join us for a soothing and immersive sound bath experience - a journey of rest, release and renewal. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs and other therapeutic instruments, alongside meditation techniques, this session is designed to gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation, balance and alignment. The sound bath is ideal for anyone looking to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, gain a greater sense of clarity and balance, or simply hoping to slow down and rest.
Whether you're completely new to sound healing or returning to deepen your practice, this session offers a space for reflection, inviting you to release what's been and root into what's to come, softening into stillness and reconnecting with your intentions for the month ahead. Expect a calming and welcoming space where you can simply rest and receive.
The sound bath will last approximately an hour and a half, with time for gentle arrival and grounding before and after. We'll close the session with optional herbal tea, biscuits and time to connect in a relaxed and open space - or simply take a moment for yourself before re-entering the world.
What to Bring
To get the most from your experience, please bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (we will provide some spare mats so please don't worry if you don't own one)
A blanket, pillow and extra layers for comfort
Water to stay hydrated
Anything else that helps you to feel cosy, safe and grounded
Location and Arrival Information
The sound bath will take place at Emmaville Hall in Crawcrook, a welcoming community venue in the heart of the village.
If you're using what3words to find us, the hall's location is friday.hulk.people.
There is on-street parking available nearby, as well as a larger, free car park in front of Ryton Rugby Club, approximately a 5-minute walk from the hall.
We recommend allowing a little extra time to park and make your way to the venue. You're welcome to enter the space from 10 minutes before the session begins, giving you time to find your spot, get comfortable and settle in before we start.
Accessibility Note
Emmaville Hall is an accessible venue, with a wide, fully automated main entrance and a ramp leading to the door. An accessible toilet is also available near the entrance.
If you have specific access needs - for example, if lying down for an extended period is difficult or if you require adjustments to help you feel comfortable - please don't hesitate to reach out ahead of time. We'll do our best to support you and create a space that works for you.
Your comfort matters and you're welcome to let us know what would help you feel most at ease.
