About This Event

The ADHD Café is a monthly small group meeting in Newcastle upon Tyne on 5 December 2026. Participants meet in a quiet counselling room for relaxed conversation, games and conversation prompts. A short wellbeing or ADHD tip starts each session, with tea, coffee and treats provided.

Come to The ADHD Café!

Despite the name, this isn't a public café - we meet in a quiet counselling room set up for comfort, with tea, coffee and treats provided.

I'm Louise - a counsellor and late-diagnosed AuDHDer. I know how important it is to find spaces where we feel accepted and don't have to explain. That's why I started The ADHD Café.
