Something bigger.

Someone you shared a stage with, your life with, a sweaty old box of a practice room with, in Byker, on a shit grim Tuesday night in January, dreaming of the summer.

Someone who was there when none of us really knew where any of it was going, and it didn’t fucking matter anyway.

He was one of us. He still is, and always will be.

For the songs we left behind, for the amazing music we made, and for the friendship we had, this one is for you mate.
