Create the conditions for people to be at their best!

A practical workshop for managers and leaders who want better conversations about performance, change and the situations where people can be hardest to manage.

WHAT WILL YOU LEAVE WITH?

During the morning, you'll explore practical ways to:

See beyond the immediate problem: notice when a performance issue, behaviour or difficult situation is starting to shape everything you see about someone.

Find more to work with: recognise strengths, motivation, effort, experience and existing capability that could help someone move forward.

Have a better conversation about what needs to change: use practical questions and approaches that create greater involvement and ownership rather than leaving the manager to provide all the answers.

You'll leave with practical tools and questions you can use in one-to-ones, performance conversations, change and everyday management situations.

And it doesn't start and end in the room.

Before the workshop, we'll have a short 15-minute conversation about the situations you're encountering and what you'd most like help with. I'll use these conversations to shape the activities and examples around the people taking part.

You'll also have a 30-minute follow-up with me 2–4 weeks afterwards to explore what you've tried, what's been useful and anything you'd like help working through.

Both are included in your ticket price.
