PEACE OF MIND REFUND POLICY >

Tickets are fully refundable until 13th August, we'll also refund your ticket if you don’t get into university (Fatsoma do not refund booking fees) - you just need to email newcastle@voodooevents.co.uk with evidence. Outside of this our standard terms and conditions apply: www.voodoonewcastle.com/terms

If the event is cancelled for any reason your tickets will automatically be refunded.

WRISTBAND COLLECTIONS >

Your ticket must be exchanged for a wristband. To collect your wristband you will need your barcoded ticket from Fatsoma.

Collect your wristband from Northumbria Student's Union.

Collection desk times will be confirmed at the start of September.

Wristbands must be worn to gain entry to the events.

Wristbands are not valid if they are cut off or removed.
