In collaboration with Cool Girl Clubhouse & The Staiths Cafe for their Sun & Moon Month, join Alé for this special Zumba class where we will be celebrating female empowerment & harnessing the energy of the sun!

Music from female artists as well as empowering, energising lyrics & latin rhythms- you don't want to miss this feel good session!

Join Alé for a fun, high-energy workout that will leave you feeling strong, inspired, and full of positive energy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Participants must wear appropriate clothing & footwear (trainers) for exercise & bring water for hydration.

Zumba is a high energy & high intensity cardio exercise class. You must inform Alé in advance of any injuries or limitations you have that may affect your participation in this class. You can do this prior to purchase via Instagram at @zumbawithale or by email through Eventbrite.

By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise & that Alé shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the class, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
