CELEBRATING MINDFULNESS IN WALES

Mindfulness is thriving in Wales and we're delighted to present our collection of examples of ways in which mindfulness is nurturing mindful communities across the country.

Join us for this day of celebration of mindfulness where we can learn from each other, renew and refresh connections and make new ones to enable us to share mindfulness even more widely to help Wales become a more compassionate, kinder, fairer society.

We'll create lots of opportunities for us to enjoy each other's company as well as practise together and be inspired by speakers. We'll also explore mindfulness in a range of contexts through light-hearted workshop sessions.

Join us at 9.30am for coffee and we'll finish at 4pm. Lunch and teas/coffees are included.

It is a day for practitioners, partners, volunteers, community members and anyone curious about mindfulness in real-world settings. A day to reconnect, to be inspired, and to feel part of something bigger, and everyone is warmly welcome.
