Join us for our Mindset & Meditation Evenings, where you'll learn simple mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you relax. Mindset and Meditation Evenings Take an hour just for you. Our Mindset & Meditation Evenings are designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect in a welcoming, inclusive and accessible space where everyone is welcome. Starting: Tuesday 8th September Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm Throughout September, we'll be running a series of four relaxing and supportive sessions. Each session can be attended individually, allowing you to join the topics that interest you most. If you attend two or more sessions, you'll receive a FREE guided meditation recording at the end of the month so you can continue your practice at home. These evenings are ideal if you'd like to: Relax and unwind Improve your sleep Calm a busy mind Reduce stress and anxiety Create more balance in your daily life Learn simple mindfulness and meditation techniques you can use every day No previous experience is needed. Whether you're completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice, you'll be guided through each session in a supportive, friendly environment. Come along, take some time for yourself, and leave feeling calmer, more centred and refreshed. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
