Your clients will always remember the care you gave them, and their pet, towards and during their pet’s end of life journey. From a personal job satisfaction viewpoint, and business perspective for your practice, it is important that you get this right.
We will discuss ways to support your clients, enabling you to provide them with the best experience possible during these highly emotive and challenging times. Our aim is to provide you with a greater understanding of the emotional journey your clients’ experience, in addition to starting to build your own emotional resilience and provide you with additional ideas as to how you can effectively help your clients to cope with the death or foreseen loss of their pet. These days can also provide wonderful networking opportunities within your profession and the sharing and trouble shooting of common experiences.
